2011 Junior Premier Eagles Off to 2-2 Start

The Victoria Eagles Junior Premier team began 2011 play this weekend with a pair of double header splits.  The Eagles began the season Saturday in Parksville with a 3-2 loss and rebounded with a 13-7 win in Game 2. On Sunday in their home opener at Lambrick Park, the Eagles were trounced 16-5 by the Vancouver Cannons in Game 1, but then received a stellar pitching performance from Riley Edmonds to take the second game 4-1.
