What: Meeting to discuss the format for upcoming season schedule, playoffs, etc…
Where: Gordon Head Clubhouse at Wilf Sadler Field (same parking lot as Red Barn)
When: Saturday February 25 1:00pm to 3:00pm (hopefully will take under 2hours)
Why: So parks involved in these division have a chance to have a say in how these divisions are run for the 2017 season.
Every Park should have one or more representatives at the meeting, this can be your division coordinators, team coaches or another park representative. Can I ask all parks to come to the meeting with estimated number of teams in each of the three divisions (18U AA, 15U AA, 15U A). If you will not have a representative at the meeting, please let me know your number of expected teams in each division before the meeting. This is not a formal team declaration just something to give us an idea of approximate number of teams to help plan the season and number of games.
