About the 2025 Provincials
The Victoria Seawolves, part of the Greater Victoria Baseball Association, are proud to host the 2025 Provincials for 15UAA and 13UAA from July 24–28. A mandatory coaches’ meeting will take place on the evening of July 23, with at least one representative from each team required to attend. Further details regarding the meeting location and schedule for each age group will be provided soon.
Accommodations
Accommodation Options
The Greater Victoria Baseball Association is working with CSST and BC Minor Baseball in order to obtain hotel accommodations in the Victoria area for the provincial tournament. Please contact Amanda at amanda@cstt.com or Candance at candace@cstt.com if you are interested in getting accommodations for your 13UAA or 15UAA team.
For a more budget-friendly alternative, the University of Victoria (UVic) offers summer accommodations at the following rates:

Dorm Rooms: Single bed – $80.00/night

Apartments: One double bed + one single bed – $219.00/night

Travel Options
Getting to Greater Victoria
For those traveling to the 2025 Provincials, Greater Victoria offers a variety of convenient travel options. The BC Ferries provide a scenic route from Vancouver to Victoria, offering stunning views of the coastline. For those driving, the Trans-Canada Highway leads directly into the heart of Victoria. Consider booking accommodations early to ensure proximity to the event venues.
Game Parks

The 2025 Provincials will be hosted at several premier parks in Greater Victoria, each equipped with excellent facilities to ensure a memorable experience for players and families alike. Additionally, families can enjoy nearby playgrounds and picnic areas, making it a great outing for everyone attending the games.
The 15UAA Provincials will take place at Luxton Baseball Park in Westshore and Layritz Park in Saanich.
The 13UAA Provincials will be hosted at Carnarvon Park in Oak Bay.
Scheduled Meetings
Event Meetings
Throughout the 2025 Provincials, several meetings are planned to ensure smooth coordination and communication among all participants. Coaches and team managers are invited to the pre-tournament briefing on July 23rd, where they will receive important information about game schedules and regulations.
The Coaches meeting for 15U AA is scheduled at Luxton Park on Wednesday, July 23rd at 1900.

Due to the large number of attendees expected for the Opening Ceremony, parking at Luxton Park may be limited. We strongly encourage teams and families to carpool whenever possible.
Additional parking options in the surrounding area have been highlighted on the map to to help with overflow.
